1.Original slope and canal leveling
The slope and/or canal surface should be leveled according to engineer’s instruction, large rocks should be removed.
2.Geotextile installation (if needed)
Usually a layer of geotextile is needed to be installed under our geocell according to the slope condition and function, please confirm with your engineer or our engineer.
3.Geocell installation
The geocell sections can be expanded directly on the slope from top to bottom, and the sections should be fixed and connected with specific accessories according to our engineer’s instruction.
4.Backfill the geocells
Backfill can be soil, sand, gravel, graded stones, concrete, etc. Please choose different types according to your or our engineer’s suggestion.
Recommended colors: black color, green color, sand color
Recommended geocell height: 40mm-200mm, bestsellers are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm
Recommended geocell welding distance: 300mm-712mm, bestsellers are 300mm, 330mm, 356mm, 445mm, 600mm, 660mm, 712mm
Recommended surface treatment: smooth (flat), textured
Recommended drainage strips: perforated
